The Delray Beach Community Land Trust (DBCLT) is currently working on the following exciting projects: (see map of current properties):
SINGLE FAMILY INFILL HOMES
The DBCLT is in the process of constructing new three and four bedroom homes throughout the City of Delray Beach. These beautiful new homes all combine high quality construction and breath taking architectural design elements to create a wonderful living environment at affordable prices. LINCOLN SQUARE TOWNHOMES
The DBCLT is partnering with the Delray Beach CRA to construct 24 new town homes on SW 14th Avenue. The townhomes come in three models with two car, rear loaded garages and private courtyards.
CODA TOWNHOMES
The DBCLT has partnered with New Urban Communities Development and is in the process of constructing townehomes just 1 block off of Atlantic Avenue. The DBCLT will have a total of six 3 bedroom units, with 2 full baths. The units range in size from 1615 sf to 1,730 sf under air. Each of the units come with two car garages.
