The Delray Beach Community Land Trust (DBCLT) is currently working on the following exciting projects:
SINGLE FAMILY INFILL HOMES
The DBCLT is in the process of constructing new three and four bedroom homes throughout the City of Delray Beach. These beautiful new homes all combine high quality construction and breath taking architectural design elements to create a wonderful living environment at affordable prices. LINCOLN SQUARE
The DBCLT is partnering with the Delray Beach CRA, RTG Construction, and Randolph and Dewdney Construction to build 28 beautiful new single family homes and townhome style villas on SW 14th Avenue in Delray Beach. The single family homes come in four three and four bedroom models. The villas are available with 2br/2bth or 3br/3bth models. Both the single family homes and villas are designed in the traditional neighborhood style with rear loaded garages, large, elevated porches and floribbean architecture. These homes are currently available at pre-sell prices starting in the low $100s with additional down payment assistance subsidies of up to $75,000. to qualified buyers!

CODA TOWNHOMES
The DBCLT has partnered with New Urban Communities Development and is in the process of constructing townehomes just 1 block off of Atlantic Avenue. The DBCLT has a total of six 3 bedroom units, with 2 full baths. The units range in size from 1615 sf to 1,730 sf under air. Each of the units come with two car garages. The units are currently available at a discounted price, starting in the low $200s, with additional subsidies of up to $75,000. for qualified buyers!
