Application Process

All applicants MUST attend an Orientation Session held by the Delray Beach Community Land Trust (DBCLT). Such orientations will be conducted from time to time and may be presented as group or individual sessions.

You must complete the Homeowner Application and provide all items on the Application Checklist.

Application Checklist

You must provide the following information in order for your application to be completely processed:

  • Driver’s license or a State issued ID
  • Social Security Card for each household member
  • Prior 2 years Tax Return and W-2 ‘s
  • Most recent 3 months statements of all financial accounts (checking, savings, money market, IRA, etc.)
  • Verification of income (pay stubs, disability, social security, child support etc.)
  • Birth Certificate for each household member
