The Delray Beach Community Land Trust Mission:  To Provide permanently affordable homes, and land, for the benefit of our community.

The Delray Beach Community Land Trust is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 charitable organization.  The Land Trust is funded through membership donations, individual donations, transaction fees, foundation grants, in-kind donations of professional services, lease fees, and public operating support.  We are very grateful to all our supporters.  We welcome your time, energy and enthusiasm!  Our members are CLT homeowners, business people, elected officials, community activists, and many others, all concerned about the high cost of homeownership in our community.  Membership is open to all.  Members attend our Annual Meetings and help elect our Board of Directors.  As a member, you can help us provide permanently, affordable housing, improve and enrich the quality of life for low to moderate income families, provide families with education and counseling, improve deteriorating neighborhoods, and make a positive impact and critical investment in the community. 

As an individual, a business, or an organization, you can choose to help the DBCLT:

• Donate property or sell for below appraised value

Privacy Policy:  The Delray Beach Community Lan Trust never shares contact information of its members, donors or clients with any other organization or individual.  We do not share, trade, or sell our mailing lists.  In some of our communications, such as annual reports and newsletters, we will list the names only of our members and supporters, unless individuals request their names not be listed.  We do this to publicly thank our supporters, and to demonstrate the depth of our community support.  If you would like your name not to appear on these lists, please indicate this with your donation.

 DBCLT Volunteer Opportunities

Volnuteers are critical to DBCLT's success.  Volunteer opportunities are available in virtually all aspects of our organization.  If you have some time and would like to volunteer in our office, lend a hand at a community event, or become invloved as a committee member, please contact info@delraylandtrust.org or call the DBCLT Marketing Manager at (561) 243-7635.

Areas of need:

• Translating Services (Spanish & Creole) at various events and meetings
• Helping at events such as Membership drives, Fundraisers, Presentations(coordinating, set up and break down)
• Mailings
• Office Work
• Staffing information booths
• Photography
• Committee membership
