Application Process
All applicants MUST attend an Orientation Session held by the Delray Beach Community Land Trust (DBCLT). At these sessions all details of owning a CLT home are discussed and applications will be distributed.

You must complete the Homeowner Application and provide all items on the Application Checklist.
